HELP!!! 96 civic engine would not CRANK
Hi
i have a 96 honda civic d16y7, i have took out the head...and put it back on any the engine would not crank....
1. I have check the battery ..........
2. jumper start the car...
3. Check the starter in the shop still working..
4. check all wire..
