Default Assistance needed

Alrighty...Finally got everything together. I did a timing belt, balancer belt, and a water pump....in order to get the water pump out I drained the coolant. After I got everything in I put the coolant back in obviously. So...The car starts and runs but now it's surging. Could it be the IACV or FITV or would it be out of time?

you probably have air pockets in your coolant, there is a bleeder screw on your thermostat housing, use that.
