I am getting ready to install my turbokit on my 2001 LS and i have not bought a performance clutch yet.. my question is.. will i be okay with a stock clutch for a few weeks if i dont drive like a jackass?? or is it not worth it to put the kit on without a better clutch?

 

If you're going easy on it, and also not making 250+ hp, you'll be perfectly fine.

Just don't going doing any high rpm drops to spin your tires with the stocker.

 

you should go ahead and get a new clutch when u do the turbo install, might as well get it all done at the same time.....cuz u know youll be itching to drop the hammer when some mustang or camaro wants to go.
