i recently had one of them repaired due to a broken lip. then when i got it back i installed the tire and i checked for leaks. there were leaks coming from all of the rivets and valve stem hole. do the rivets have to be torqued a certain amount of pounds? just so i know what to tell the shop when i take it back. any feedback is appreciated.

yeah they should have torque specs. just ask them to re-check the torque and tighten your valve. they might have like seals or something that got worn, just take them back asap.
