When coming to a stop I hear rubbing noise just before the car stops. I checked the brakes and suspension there OK I do have a cut in my outer CV boot and it looks deformed. The noise only occurs on flat surfaces, not on hills. Could it be the bad CV boot or what else should I check to try to troubleshoot my problem, thanks for all the help in advance as all of you have helped me in the pass and I do appreciate it. P.S The noise only occurs on soft stops not on a hard braking condition.
