Need wheels experts help!

i found a wheel i really like it's used and the side is 18x8.5J+40 and 18x9.5+39

Can i get away with this type of set up? TIA

Sorry to hijack but while we are on wheels... Do DC5 wheels fit FG's? and what size are they?
