trunk leak

The trunk in my sister's 4 door keeps filling with water, is the number 13 part in that diagram the right gasket/seal I need to replace to fix the leak? Anything I should know about installing it? Thanks

replace both the taillight gaskets and if that doesnt work then replace the hatch one and that should do it

take taillights out. reseal the gasket on both sides with gasket maker stuff. reinstall. fixed.
