Anzo USA angel eyes question
Hey guys, I had a quick question. I'm thinking about replaceing my stock headlights with Anzo USA ones from procivic.com. Here's parts of the desciption:
In addition, each projector has a Halo Ring that can optionally be wired to light up with a cool "Angel Eyes" effect. Anzo USA lights are an easy to install modification that will make a big difference in your Civic's appearance!
Key Features:
Features LED-powered Halo Rings that light up around the projectors (you can disable this feature if you like).
So will I be able to wire a switch to the inside of the car to disable the angel eye's. I havent seen the kit yet but I'm sure I can figure out how to do it. I was just wondering if anyone has and what I might wanna look out for when wireing. Thanks guys

So you can actually see. Those lights aren't DOT approved.
Stock lights look better anyway.

EDIT: Double checked and found the DOT compliant part.

They actually are DOT-compliant, though I have not personal experience with them and therefore can't speak to the quality of the light output. Some eBay projectors have decent output, while others are rather poor. Much depends on the projector itself, as well as what bulb type it utilises.
Classic_rocker_287, yes you can certainly wire the halos to a dashboard switch using simple wiring.

thanks for the imput guys. So you really think that there crap? My stock headlights are ugly as hell but they do the job. Has anyone used this brand. Also I wanted to hook up the halo to a interior switch just so I can disengage the halo.
It's your car, so do what ever you please, if you like them then go for it, it is your car anyway. To answer your question, yes they can be wired to a switch. You basically connect a positive and negative wire to them. One thing to think about is if your going to stay on this site, you'll eventually get tired of them since everyone here bashes on anything that is not oem and or jdm. Also, those halo things tend to wear out quite quickly.
Polish your factory lights to make them look new (I'm betting that's part of your problem).
