Default JUST A QUICK 1 !!

The only difference between a type-r crank and a gsr crank is that the type-r is balanced for a smoother revolution. Is this true?
I also heard it is lighter, never got a straight answer. Is this true also?
What are any other differences?
Hate to be a bother, but thanks in advance.

the type r crank is actually heavier to better withstand the higher rpms
