This is a brand new in box Garrett GT3071R turbo with a T3 turbine inlet flange and 4 bolt GT 3.0" outlet, .63 turbine A/R. It has never been used. I bought it from ATP turbo a while back and have no money to complete my project. Retails for $1395 willing to let it go for $1200obo.
