This has even happened when purchasing from long term members, so why should I trust you more than anyone else? $20 might not be a lot, but I count my time in the equation, if I buy something from someone and they say one thing and do something else, my trust for them disappears. Furthermore, It has been 4 days, but you did state that you sent it priority mail which is 2-3. The post office still routes packages on the weekend, and mail is still shipped to the local Post Offices on Sundays. I sent a package out the same day from UT to VA and it arrived Monday. Therefore, it’s only logical that if you did send it on sat, I should have received it today at the latest. If you think I am impatient, great, however the world if filled with impatient people and with the ability to buy from anyone, your ability to meet the needs/wants of a customer are the only thing that will keep you in business.
Maybe you don’t value your time, but I value mine.

(8:52 PM 4/10/2008) CHK4TIX: 5 days is nothing IF you send it regular mail...IF when I asked you if you sent it priority mail you would have said, "no, i send it parcel post", then it wouldnt be as much of an issue, however you were not truthful with your statement...oh by the way 6 days......USPS priority is 2-3.....you do the math. Your full of it, priority mail my ***.

If you would like I could send you a link to my ebay accout with 85+ positive feedback. 1 negative in 2 years left by someone much like yourself. I did not check your tracking info until I received your message on paypal this morning. Had I know it was lost I would have issued a refund immediatelly and filed the claim through DHL. It was insured for $100. It will get covered and you would have had your refund about 10 minutes ago. NOW you get to wait 30-60 days for paypal to make a decision and you will probably loose! WAY TO GO! I cant issue a refund if I wanted to now. The option does not exist! I already tried. I sent the tracking info to your paypal address the same day DHL did there pickup., Just like all the other 10 people I sent tracking info too. Everyone else got it. Why would you have not gotten it? Maybe you need to reevaluate your own actions on this transaction! YOUR AN *******! And a FOOL who just lost his chance for me to issue a refund!

You lie about shipment date, you used your mom's paypal address, you are a fraud. If it wasnt only $60, I would have filed fraud charges against you. 85+ positive feedback is nothing, I have over 460+ positive feedback on ebay, so what is your point? even if the package was insured for $100, the level of trust you have built would lead me to believe this too is false. I dont know how old you are or what your experience is in the business world, but seriously you should re-evaluate your customer service skills. How is it my fault, I paid as aggreed, you shipped late, and your choice of shipper lost the package....That seems to me I followed threw on my part, you failed. Did you know that bad word of mouth advertising can cost a business millions? You might just be a single individual, but you will loose business if you dont treat your customers with respect. Whats with the name calling? You loose, not me
