So today I was cruisin' to the beer store to pick up some delicious brew to celebrate owning a Honda, when my car suddenly stalled from a normal take off. I thought it was unusual but continued on... then stalled it again at a stop sign, the stalls were completely normal(no extra noise or roughness) but I haven't stalled for quite some time so it was weird... then I backed it into a parking space and popped the hood,

revved the thottle body and the second I did that, the car stalled again. So then I realized I was screwed, left my car there and came back to post.... On a side note I already had issues that I thought were related to the tp sensor but they seemed to go away... finally both incidences seemed to happen on a rainy day if this means anything

any help appreciated thanks!!!

 

you don't think it could be your clutch? because the engine wouldn't just die like that and i really don't get whats happening... but my car crapped on me on a rainy day also .. good luck

 

Don't think it's the clutch had an exedy stage one put in this year

Did you even read what he wrote?......

It is most likly an ignition related problem.

 

I had a similar problem right after I bought my 00 Si. I got the spark plugs replaced and it stopped stalling.

 

GoldEgg you're the man, you must own a super clean eg hatch with a sick name.... anyways that foo didn't know anything hahaha
