Idling rev and drop
This is happening to a car that my friend owns. I believe its a 98 accord coupe. The engine is stock. When the car is sitting in neutral or stopped in a gear with the clutch depressed, the engine sounds as if it revs up a little, then drops to about where it is going to stall and keeps repeating this until the car starts moving again. Anyone have any tips to fix it or a reason of why it is happening? Thanks

It's got just about everything you'll need. Just remember that '98 doesn't have a FITV, so don't spend too much time looking for it.
ps. That's for 4-cylinder engines; dunno what's different on the V-6.
