long starts

if the engine doesnt start up in three seconds is it becuhz of the spark plugs?

no. check battery for voltage then check the started for voltage ,

then check ignition

its probably your battery

does this happen all the time sometimes it takes longer to start if your low on gas also!

it happens most of the time but with the gas half full

It could be several things related to your ignition. Plugs, wires, cap, or rotor.

im planning on swapping the engine to a b16 would that affect anything on my car?

Your jarmen doicer will probably go bad. Go idea to replace when you put in a b16.
