Hood peeling..... need a miracle?
As you might have guessed, my GSR Integra has seen better days. Especially when it comes to the paint.
I know there are clay bars, race glaze, ... etc. but I don't know what to use, what order to use them in and what it will look like in the end. I do know however that when my car is wet, she looks so good so I know there has to be a good chance of saving her. Any advice?

Doesnt look like there is a chance buddy. You have lost some layers of clear. You might be able to wetsand her down with some 1500-2000 grit then try buffing some life back into her. The only other option is the DA.
Yea, definately clearcoat failure. Your clear is pretty much gone, So all you can do is wetsand it down to the basecoat and then buff it with compound/polish, but even then its never going to look good because your car came with B/C paint and the black base coat was only meant for color, not shine.
