Can i use B16 or B18 hydro tranny with this... ?

Is this all i need to install for exemple an ITR complete tranny with lsd into my ef8?

IS it necessary any chassis or custom fabrication to do that?

Yea as far as mounts are considered that's all you need. And NO you don't need to make any chassis modifications. Nothing custom needs to performed besides the alternator dent towards the rear of the motor. Hasport has a tiny lil' walk through of it.
