06 Civic Lowering Springs

I just got my H&R Lowering Springs. I never installed any before nor have the experience and was wondering if anyone knows any installation guides or DIY's. And approximately how long did it take you guys to install yours? Thanks!

go to 8thcivic.com, they have at least 2 DIY.
