best type of headers

i want to improve my exhuast flow out of the engine, what should i do. i already have a 2.25 cat-back non-mendrall piping into a OBX universal muffler...w/ tip.
..should i gutt my cat or go with a high flow..and i want headers,which are the best for a stroker set-up..

if u have alot of dough to spend then u can get the big dog headers (rmf, smsp) but if u kinda on a budget then u definitely cant go wrong with JDM ITR. but like previously stated, all those high flow cats stuff, u aint gonna see difference unless u go internals. look into camshafts

That's pretty misleading. A high-end header will perform much better than a lesser model, and the benefits will be even more pronounced on a larger displacement motor. I'd personally suggest SMSP.

On a 92 DA you don't really need an $800 header unless you plan to do some serious racing. For DD any header is just fine. It's all about priorities. You can almost get an entire turbo setup for $800.
