turbo civic si
i have a 99 civic si and im planning on getting it boosted. i have this idea that i can put the turbo in the back of the car where the muffler is located and the intercooler pipin to the front but i might have to run 11 psi so by the time the air reachs the intake manfold it would prob be around 7 psi.
dont know if this would work and if it does work, the turbo lag would be bad, but smaller pipes to the turbo would increase the air speed.
just let me know what you think.
it just like this but on a civic

i saw this on a type-r once in a magazine. i forgot the company but supposedly the guys said they experienced little lag. it can be done but whats the point. save your money on all that extra piping and put the turbo in the front. but if you like the challenge then i say go for it. good luck let us know if you ever get it done.
