Is there a way that I can change my USDM foglight bulbswithout having to remove the front bumber? I tried to reach my hand down to see if i can get the back casing off but it wouldn't budge. I was probably doing it incorrectly, so does anyone know how to change out USDm foglight bulbs?

 

yes, pull the shrouds off of the bulb....by shrouds I mean that black piece

Then its a few nuts and bolts, and they pop right out. Open up the fog housing (2 screws IIRC) and replace bulb......reinstall exact opposite of taking apart. Have a beer and blow your brains out for not having a helms or even a chiltons on hand
