you pay ****, you get ****. I don't trust a cheaply made reclinable seat. When your doing 100 down the track and the lock snaps and puts you into O mawfukin G gangster lean...your going to wish you bought something better, and well constructed. If you really want those, buy them on ebay they are like 29.99 shipped or something like that. There is no difference. Sheesh, you can get the real recaro's on here for 6-800 in decent shape, 900-1200 for perfect condition. I would save the money and buy something you can trust, any safety equiptment should come first when it comes to your car.

you are going to get a lot of back seat driver opinions. people who never even sat in this seats, let alone own them, telling you they suck. so i took the time to find some people who actually have these seats. here are qutoes from various threads:

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by gospeedgo1 &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">i have a set of the black with red stitch ones. i used the sliders that came with the seats and designed and had my uncle fabricate mounts from our plans. i welded them to my floor pan and installed the seats. the seat angle wasnt enough but they were okay in being comfortable, kinda flat feeling (the cushioning). they were off ebay, they are the nrg ones.</TD></TR></TABLE>

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by Origin &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">well my friend got some at his shop. they are okay, nothing to brag about imo. my friend has itr seats and believe me the quality between the two is very apparent. however, if you are looking for something that is cheap and will get the job done these seats will work just fine. </TD></TR></TABLE>

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by rev210k &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">I dont have pics of them but i had them in my hatch and they sucked

They broke after 2 weeks of having them the recliner part broke so everytime you hit a bump it would recline back. </TD></TR></TABLE>

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by CARMA_626 &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">I had those.....I didnt like them.

They look nice, but they felt flimsy. When driving, I would bounce around cause the seat back wasnt stiff. It felt like if I lean back hard enough, the seat would snap in half. </TD></TR></TABLE>

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by usdmEHboy &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">they almost feel like a stock seat with just a little extra comfort I guess. the only thing i people commented on my seats is that the brackets i used they sat a little higher than stock</TD></TR></TABLE>

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by broketuner-Sol_Si &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">They look very nice but I found them very stiff and uncomfortable. also if you lean back with more thn a little preassure the rear adjustment fails very easily(falls down flat).</TD></TR></TABLE>

take these quotes for what they are. they are from people who have actually owned the seats in question.

I heard stock del sol seats are pretty comfy. Usually you can find a pair being sold for like $250.

Good post .brian.

get type R seats, you can find a used set for around 4-500 for 2 front seats. i had a pair in my old EG, very nice/sturdy, had bolster adjustments, *** adjustments and reclinable.

We call .brian. an internet mole, he will scour through the depths of honda-tech to find your information about bootlegged **** seats. He doesn't have a job, doesn't go to school, and actually isn't a real person either. He is a program I wrote back in highschool. Say "hello human" brian. Go on, you know you wanna say it. Your wrong about the backseat comment too, I have a set of these cheap replicas in my John Deere.

i have the f1spec type 3 seat currently. its an okay seat, better then the NRG. but, lower then the Memory fab. memory fab has memory foam in its seats. ~400 a seat i think. my f1spec seat seems to creak (make creaking noise) more then it should though. also, the gelcoat is dull, not glossy.

del or gsr seats FTMFW. or memoryfab at the least, just get urself a bucket or something, forget the passenger. if you just want to go for looks, there's no point in these either because, they are fake. u can't flaunt fake stuff

FWIW, I have a friend who bought those seats.
They are extremely uncomfortable. They feel like your sitting on cardboard. The rails had to be shimed with washers to make them fit properly in the car. I wouldnt suggest them for anyone.
