um yeah the soft top is on...with the hardtop the soft top just folds down and the hardtop goes over it.

 

let me know if you get desperate i have 10 grand

not exactly sure how far Washington D.C. is from Tennessee...a couple of hours i'm guessing

 

would you be willing to meet anywhere, also i am 6'4 how well will i fit in this car
