Sounds like a valid question to me.
If you are trying to insinuate that B Series head and blocks are interchangeable so their gaskets must be –you are incorrect.
First, all B series head/blocks ARE NOT interchangeable – some are interchangeable while others re interchangeable WITH MODIFICATION. All B Series head gaskets are not the same between B16/17/18/20 (a/b/c).
To answer the original question
However, ordering a head gasket for any model B16A will work with a B16a. Yes, you will be able to order from Honda - an example would be you could order one for a 99 SI model.
