so, while trying to diagnose my wipers and why they wont work, I took a gander at this relay.

Everytime i try to use my wipers, it just blows the fuse in the panal. I have not replaced the switch, but have replaced motors. This will be my next thing to replace.

Think this might clear up my problem?

that could be your problem, but there also is a chance the copper pieces in side the switch itself. I had one that somehow the copper piece came off its track. I was able to take the switch apart and put it back together and they work great now.
