what to do with the radiator fan switch wires? d15b2 to d16y7

Default what to do with the radiator fan switch wires? d15b2 to d16y7



car is staying OBD-0 just using the block and head of the d16y7 but im not sure where these wires go. I know the plug is on the thermostat but its a different kind of plug then these wires

ya just get that plug off a spare junk wire harness or if you dont have one go to the junk yard im pretty sure any honda will have that style plug somewhere on the motor. then extend the original one to reach the thermo housing. it doesnt matter if the wires get crossed it will still work.

yeah the OBD2 IACV harness I sell will work for that plug, just connect the ends to the ends of that plug in your pic and plug it in to the switch

yes correct ^^ any obd1 or 2 plug will work and the order of the wires does not matter, the switch just grounds the circuit when the car reaches a certain temp

thanks, thats what I heard but wasn't sure. What about the spare plug on the DPFI to MPFI swap that isnt used, will it work?
