Default Accord vibration at stops

The few of the same problems i've ran into with accords are when you pull up to a complete stop at the lights and you can feel a vibration on the steering wheel and on the dash board. It only happens sometimes. What's the fix to this?

check the idle and adjust if needed (its easy on 5th gens all you need is a flathead)

i have a 2002 honda accord with 57,000 miles on it - it will be 2 years that ive had it (july 07) - about 2 weeks ago i noticed some darn vibration that ive NEVER noticed before and its worse when the A/C is on - when i put the car in nuetral its not as bad - i hit a bad hole in the road going about 60mph a month ago and now i notice this vibration stuff - i couldn't miss the hole, it was dark and no signs - anyway, i have an extended warranty so i brought it in and had honda check it out - they said it was fine and the motor mounts were fine too - they also told me that 4 cylinders do this - well i cant stand it!!! theres gotta be SOMETHING they can do huh???? its aggravating and im paying alot for this car every month!
i didnt tell them i hit a hole - lol but from what ive been reading, there are SEVERAL honda owners experienceing this same problem.......any good suggestions???
Thanks
Tangi

More than likely causes of vibrations at idle are due to motor mounts. Mine used to vibrate bad before i got the pass. one side changed and now it idles perfect. Its not because of a 4 cylinder motor. The only car that shakes at idle that ive been in is my friend's STi. He told it was because of AWD but im not sure on that either. I would get somewhere else to look at it just to see if its the motor mounts.

And to the OP, Once again, Check motor mounts.

mine does the exact same thing. in drive it shakes, and even worse when a/c or rear defogger is on. put it in neutral and its almost completely gone. this all started happening after a accident i had. hit a curb and jumped over it and into a ditch.
