Default car shakes after 65 m.p.h

Hi well my cb7 begins to shake as soon as I hit 65-70 m.p.h.I got the tires balanced but still shakes like a ****.The shop told me I needed new shoks,are they right? Also I was driving along side my gf and saw that the driver side well shakes back and forth but the passenger side doens't anybody know what might be going on? Thanx HOnda-Tech...

bad tie rods? id take it in to get checked out tho thats for sure.. bump for an answer

Yeah actually it does smooth out after a certain speed,,does it mean anything?

i had the same problem when i lowered my car. dont know if you just did or not but i got a camber kit and then took it to the the mechanic that i go to. what happened was when i lowered my car, there is a groove or something that the axle sits in and instead of being in that groove it began to carve and makes its own.

well to get the the point i had to change my axle or a part of it which for me cost $200 for parts and labor.

hope that helps out some. ill get my recept and write exactly what they replaced.
