SRS Light on '02 Civic EX

SRS Light on '02 Civic EX
Few days ago the SRS light turned on and does go away.
Tried to read the code, it displays:
6sec bulb check, pause, 1 sec on, pause, continued on.
What code is it?
Tried to reset SRS code - no luck, it comes back.
The dealer says it's SRS Unit failure and wants $650+ to replace it.
