normal mustang tb are 70-75mm which is huge for a honda. You can get them from bbk pretty cheap. Professional products also has some cheap that work well for na.

i have been wondetring about this... is there a write up somewhere? what year tb works? is it the '99ish and up 4.6 or the old 5.0 one to use? i only have a couple of more things to get for my motor and it will be ready and the tb is one of those things...

i believe the 91 and up all from ford work. there wouldnt be any reason to go and get a 70mm tb for a mustang since you can get one with the same size tb for a honda bolt pattern. if you go mustang go big, 90mm+

you have to purchase a tb plate as well, imo with the fab work and changes that need to be made, you will end up spending more then its worth, i know camp1320 sells billet honda tb's for awesome prices.

Just an FYI, we used to murder the edlebrock and Accufab Mustang TBs on the coupe. I'll try going with one made for a honda.

Accufab offers an upgraded SS shaft, which i'd definitely recommend, i've seen too many of the regular ones break the shaft.

Yup.. The upgraded shaft is key.. I haven't had any issues with them..

All others will break. Or the little bolts holding the throttle blade come off.
Loctite them!!

Or just use a Nissan Q45. 90mm it won't break!

Accufab, free shipping:

The MAC one is also supposedly a decent piece.
