yesterday i went over a friends house because he's selling an '89 CRX Si shell for $1350...it was real crappy....car not running....paint was chipping...saw signs of rust...interior was so-so, but i'm planning on gutting it out...i talked him down to $1000...anyways i'm planning on doing a swap, putting in a b16...is that a good deal?...or should i still keep on looking?...what do you guys think?...i would appreciate any input...THANKS!

$1k for a rusty shell? no way...I wouldnt pay more than a few hundred bucks for something w/ rust...I'd keep looking for something w/o rust personally..

 

theres a guy at the track selling a mint condition rex,90 91.its killer no rust no dents nice paint gsr or si wheels and with a b18 in it.sweeeeeeeeeeet!!!!!!
he wants $4500.00.probly take 4000.00.

 

Never pay more than a few hundred for a shell. Maybe $500 for a roller maybe a $1000 if it has a really nice suspension under it and a very clean body and interior.
