Default shaving the bumpers

i wouldlike to mold the lines on my wings west front and rear bumpers,as well as shave the rain gutters or whatever they are called on the top of my hatch. any idea how much work is involved and how much a shop will charge? at carlisle, molded bumpers looked insane...

some sheet metal for the roof - but why?
if your car sees rain it won't run the water off properly,
and for the lines on the bumpers, that limits you
to a few things, and plus will cause more damage
then usual if you bump the bumpers any, will crack
back out the lines.....anyways i'm assuming that
would be mended with Bondo.
