This is all from memory so please forgive any error on were the bolts are located or such.

First you have to remove your bumper.

Pg. 2 and 3
Remove you headlights.
There are 4 or 5 10mm bolts holding your headlight in. You want to remove the ones holding the black bracket that the headlight is sitting on first. Remove the bracket completely. There is 1 or 2 more on the top near the fender that you have to remove also. Pulling the housing out is difficult so be patient with it.
Make sure to disconnect the bulbs from the housing.

Remove the 3 or 4 Torx bit screws from the headlight. Do not try to remove the 8mm bolt that is on the headlight housing. Bake them in the oven at 300 deg. It takes 4 to 6 minutes to get the glue nice and soft. Do not let the headlight housing touch the side of the oven it will melt.
Remove the headlight from the oven and try to pull the clear lens and the black housing apart with your hands. If you can’t do it by hand heat them up a little more. At this stage it is nice to have a second pair of hands so they can use a razor to cut the glue as you pull it apart. Once you have removed the clear lens you can remove the interior pieces. Pull as much of the orange pieces out as you would like (some people like to leave the small orange reflector).
Now is a good time to paint the interior trim piece if you would like. Clean all the pieces with a dry terry cloth so there is no figure prints. Put the chrome reflector back into the housing and place the trim ring on top of it. Make sure to get everything all lined up properly.
Lay a bead of glue in the housing were it mates to the lens. Gently place the lens over top of the housing and seat it flush in its groove. Squeeze the hell out of it till it becomes tacky and does not peel apart. Place the unit back in the oven for 2 minutes to melt the glue a little and then squeeze the hell out of it till you feel that it is on good-n-tight.

Replace headlight in car, put the bumper back on.

Its not the best DIY but hopefully this will help you. I can say that unless you are just not mechanically inclined at all this is probably one of the easiest tasks you could undertake. Oh side note put your bumper somewhere safe cause if it touches the concrete it will scratch.
