Default Can a 1991 Honda Civic EX (1.6L) transmission be installed in a 1991 DX?

Does anyone know whether a 1991 Honda Civic EX (1.6L) five speed manual transmission can be installed in a 1991 Honda DX with a 1.5 L D15B2 engine? I know the drive shafts on the EX transmission are larger than the DX but I don't know 1) whether those larger drive shafts will fit in the DX steering knuckle and 2) whether the D15B2 engine can be attached to the EX transmission without modification.

it will swap in, not other modifications needed. no need to change axles, clutch, knuckles.
