Default Clutch kit?

Soon i'm going to buy a JRS for my 97 civic sohc vtec. I was wandering what stage clutch should i buy and brand name?

Not all clutches are measured by stages. Get a clutch based on how aggressive you want it. More aggressive clutches wear out faster. I would recommend a street disc assembly, or maybe a 6 puck, sprung also. I'm assuming your car's a daily driver. I've used Competition and ACT and prefer ACT.

Exedy and ACT and Cluthmasters are the Only clutches I'd buy.

For me, it'd be Exedy, Action, or ACT.

Ive seen more CM's blow apart than anything else.
