Default how to paint my rims

i want my 95 gsr rims pitch black! How to do that ??

Need: Sandpaper, soap&water, primer, paint and clearcoat.
a. Sand
b. Clean with soap and water
c. Primer
d. Dry
e. Repeat c & d
f. Paint & let dry
g. Repeat f however many layers you want.
h. Clearcoat.

or you can take them to a powdercoating shop and have them powdercoated.
usually costs $20-40 a wheel. It will stick longer too.

i have del slo rims and i used a scotch brite pad, soap and water, then went over with rubbing alcohol let dry and spray, i didnt use primer or clear coat mine have held up fine even with washing them, you can do a search and look at the pics of them on my car is was in this forum not to long ago
