Default Clutch and flywheel for my ES

Well as i'm going to change my engine we found out also the clutch is already damaged.
I need your recommendation guys if I go for Honda parts(OEM) or get the aftermarket one like exeddy, ACT etc.
what is the pros and cons of lightweight flywheel?

Well, the lighter the flywheel is, the easier it is for an engine to react to throttle increases, so it'd be like a more responsive throttle. But, going too light will start to kill off your torque, and there's not much there to begin with. I wouldn't go lighter than 11.0lbs on the flywheel. As far as clutches go, you won't need anything past a stage 2, even under the most abusive conditions. I would say OEM replacement, or maybe a step higher. Anything more, and it'll be annoying.

+1 agreed with toyomatt84

As for companies, I've always liked Fidanza's flywheels and ACT makes a mean clutch, but I guess they all have something to offer.
