somehow I managed to lock my other account out, so went through the steps to get new password through email. Recently comcast bought out adelphia, changing the email from @adelphia.net to @comcast.net so I never got the email with my new password, so now I can't log into my account (godnf8)
Posting here since trial user has like no post rights and i'm a fellow ITR owner.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

 

Try either pm'ing, aol im, or emailing a moderator to help you out.

I can't PM as a trial user. Hoping a moderator will see this and help me out.

I've found out alittle bit more than may help, my email @adelphia.net is still being forwarded to @comcast.net so it hasn't been disabled.
I sent a test email from my work account to @adelphia.net to see if I got an undeliverable message, but I did not and checking my @comcast.net email account showed the message I had just sent to the @adelphia.net address.

So what seems to be happening, is clicking forgot password on my (godnf8) account, answering security question correctly, it says an email was sent to your email address with new password, but I'm not getting the email?

Would really like to log into my account sometime in the near future, lol.
