Default Is anyone using 3 inch harnesses on their JDM recaro's????

I was just wondering if they will actually fit because I am going to purchase a 3 inch sabelt harness if it does fit. I was looking at my seats and I noticed that the slots for the belt are sort of narrow, and I am afraid that the belts will slide while i am on the track due to the force of my body weight... so do they work properly with these seats??? I looked in some Japanese mags and they showed them using three inch harnesses with the seats, but a good amount of the belt was on the middle bulge between the two slots....hmmmm...please help if you have info...thanks...sorry if this is common knowledge

The Recaros measure approx 2.5" in those side "slots".

Just invest in a racing shell like the SPG

I tried fitting a 3" harness through them, I got it to fit, but haven't actually tried it yet.
