jdm H23 swap into 1999 accord

Someone please help...I recently purchased a 1999 accord with a F23a SOHC v-tec...I was wondering how much work would be involved in swapping in a JDM H23 DOHC v-tec?

it should bolt right in there. but it will be some significant work. you'll need the h23 ECU and other **** too. there's tons of info out there for it.
