ok wat would be the first few places to look if the turn signals quite working, and yes the bulbs are good the come on but they dont flash is there a relay...when i try to use them you can still hear the usual tick tick that they do when the flash off and on..oh and i also checked my fuses...please help if you can i have to have my car inspected soon and they have to work...

 

yeah there is a relay that is what makes the noise, i believe is one of the little black boxes in the fuse area

search for "turn signal" in the archives and you will find the answer

yeah fuses are good and i read that there is a relay under the dash but if it was bad would i still hear the clicking sound when i turn them on...

Could still be clicking but has gone bad. It's called a "flasher", try replacing that relay.
