Default Question about Energy Suspension motor mount inserts

I have a bad front motor mount (rubber is shot, bolt riding on the mount metal), but I've deemed it physically impossible to reach the rear-facing frame bolt (underneath the through-bolt flange, up against the transmission).
I can't find anything on actually installing Energy Suspension poly mount inserts, so I was hoping that somebody here has installed them on their 94-97 Accord. Does installation require actual removal-from-frame of the front mount, or just removing the through-bolt and attaching the inserts to the interior and sides?

If the rubber in the middle is shot then you need to replace that mount before putting the insert in. You will take the 3-14mm bolts out of the top of the metal mount that attaches to the motor. Then you can take out that center bolt and remove that metal piece. Once this is out of the way you can remove that mount from the sub-frame rather easy.

But replace the broken mount first before putting in the poly mount. They are not suppost to be used to fix broken mounts.
