Testing at willow spring with the Dc2!!!!!
Trying to get ready for the time attack next week, decided to test out the new car at willow spring 
I was very happy to see how the car was performanced Our best lap time of the day is 1min 35 seconds Many thanks to maxrev aka Rob walker and Tim kuo for their help

I was there w/ some friends, white turbo DC5, blue s2k, red s2k (got hit by mustang), and the race prepped ep3.
I came up and asked about your DC2, didn't know it was on Honda-Tech.
It ran some nice times though!
BTW: We're having a private event track day at SOW on May 17th. It'd be nice to see your car there. I'd wanna see how my car stacks up!

It was great to finally test the DC2 on the track. Thanks to Loi and the rest of the SportCarMotion crew for putting out a great effort in preparing this car and getting it on track
Some quick impressions of the car:
-On a big track such as Big Willow, another 20whp or so would help out great for the long front and back straights. However, for any other track in SoCal, this car has more than enough power to do well.
-Car is very neutral and predictable with the standard equipped springs on the Tein SRC coilovers. I hope this feeling translates onto a course mixed in with some technical corners such as Buttonwillow CW13.
-I personally would like a rear wing to keep the rear end a little more planted as it feels a bit light to me. However, with more seat time, I will be more comfortable pushing the car to its limit.
-Brakes work extremely well. Prelude calipers stop the car with sufficient stopping power and no fade over a 30 minute session. No need for aftermarket calipers here. A good set of pads and fluid will suffice. If we can get the ABS issue resolved, i'll be more comfortable diving deep into corners with the DC2 like i can with my own AP1.

Really sorry to see what happened to your friend's red s2k
The race prepped Ep3 your friend had there was very impressive. Pretty ballsy driver too. You can see him get a little sideways on turn 8 (very beginning of the video) as he is passing the S2K. Great car control!

oh yea, nice meeting you man, didnt know you're on here as well lol. yea sucks about your friend s2k. at least it still driveable not like the mustang your guys came up with kenny with the ep3? he is a good guy, i brought a lot of parts from him, including my ek9 let me know about the private track day, i like to come.
