Opinions welcome: Lip or no lip

I just put my rear sir rear bumper on today on my 97 hatch. U guys know the one with the mouldings. On my old rear bumper I had a ctr rear lip. Do u guys think I should still use the ctr lip on the sir bumper? The car is silver and if I keep the lip on I want to paint it flat black to match the mouldings and sideskirts. And Im also gonna be rockin some sw88s right away. So just what do u guys think would look best lip or no lip. thanks.
