Default vacum tech

hey guys, i have a sensor on the back of my manifold that has a long black tube connected to it. when i start the car the revs fluxuate up and down. if i blow into the tube there is a pop and the car idles smooth. if i let the car warm up then it normally stops. Im not sure what this sensor is for its on the back right corner of the mnifold. (from the front of car) I dont have anything connected to it, im not sure what to conect to the end of the tube. another words i dont know what vacum hose to plug in here please help.

Touring posted a vaccuum diagram for the F22 only a few days ago....search and you'll probably find it.
