Default Painted valve cover - pic's?!

I'm thinking of painting my valve cover. Anyone here who have done that? Great if anyone could give me some pic's!

My DIY spoon replica, damn close to real deal, vht caliper paint is basically a perfect match to a authentic, just strip your stock red with air craft strippers, put a coat or two of filler primer on there to fill some of the dimples, and do a few coats of the vht yellow caliper paint, works flawless!

Head up to a local powdercoating shop. They'll show you examples of work they've done and pick a color. The durability will be much better than if you were to spray paint it, and you can see actual finished products before you choose.

Is it much better to powdercoat than to use normal paint?..

Definitely. It's thicker and more durable.

Actually, they do have one for AP2 from J's racing.

The location of PCV valve is slightly different and the actual PCV valve is shaped different, not to forget that AP1 is black plastic piece while AP2 is metal piece

these are pix of my S2000. I ordered J's valve cover for my AP1, but they sent me AP2 version. Ended up buying new PCV
these pix were taken before the new PCV valves came in from honda. many dealers don't stock PCV valves so before installing, make sure you have right version of it because i found out i had AP2 version after i installed it.
btw, because of tight room near firewall, it was bitch to put it on and didn't want to take it off until the PCV came in so i drove without PCV for couple days

valve cover from my DC2R, custom purple paint with metalic flakes
this pic was taken after the car was totalled
