Be more specifi on what doesn't line up and where. In this case, detailed pictures will really help. Once I have a good idea of your issue I can offer my assistance since I did my own jdm front end install.

I second that. After playing around with my JDM front for a week, I think that I can probably diagnose your problem if you provide pictures of the radiator support without the fenders on.

I also hope you realize that all of the pieces (hood, fenders, headlights) are designed to have the freedom to be moved around so that you can get everything aligned. You dont just bolt them down and youre done. You need to put them on loose/hand tight and then shift them around until youve gotten everything to line up.

i had a gap under my headlights so i loosened the bumper support from the re-bar and slid it UP as high as it could go. it still wasnt high enough on one side so i pulled up on it and twisted it slightly so that it was slightly bent from its original shape. fits perfectly now.

I have seen very few jdm front end conversions line up to what my **** standards would call perfect.

I agree with John Wayne's comments, for my setup I have the bumper support slid all the way upas well. Have you check the alignment of your hood? This sounds odd, but it may be too far forward.

Out of sheer luck mine has darn good fitment. I was very fortunate, but I am extremely proud since I did all of the work.

i have my re-bar in the highest mode, how do you mean by pulled it up, do you mean the hole re-bar or just the big mounting pieces?

the bumper support is pretty flexible...its only a thin piece of metal...well i just grabbed it by both ends and pulled/twisted it upwards a little bit...not much, but enough to close up the gap.

I just elongated the slots on the bumper support so it would go higher, I think that's a better way than bending it.

Just my $0.02

when you enlongated your, how did you do it? did you drill out it or buy something to make it longer?
I had that thought that it might be the best way to make it come even higer by drill the holes a little bit longer/bigger.

Yeah, I just used a dremel and ground the bottom of the slot down farther. Did the trick for me, zero gap between the bumper and headlights. Now all I have to do is get it painted!

Good luck, everything else on your front end looks like it lines up very well!

Also, you mention the gap over the lights. If you don't have them already, the hood should have a rubber strip on each side that will rest on the lights when the hood is down. My carbon hood didn't have them, so I bought a pair off of jdmrobot on ebay. It really finishes everything off, but since your hood is OEM it may have had them already.
