I thought it would be a cool little tribute to these great machines, before they are pushed out by the RSXs, to have an entire thread devoted to only pics of these ITRs. It would also be nice for people such as myself who can't see them in person or even on TV. So post ALL that you have and lets see those pictures!

Anyon notice Plumbs' Mirrors are in fact plum colored? how cute and creative.

 

It's those 17in rims that determine the ride height, compare those with the stock CW rims in some of the pics above. The 15in CW rims have lower cars.

Besides, that 3 in wing is mandatory on all cars in their class...

Here's one I took of P. Kleinubing Realtime ITR at Mosport park, Ontario, Canada this year.

All the Touring Cars were lining up to get weighed in.

 

PLEASE tell me SOMEONE here has all those pics of the suspension/engine close-ups they used to have on their old website??

I was looking at them yesterday at Lime Rock, and telling my friend about what DC2 and DC5 meant. To illustrate my point, I went over to point out how "DC2" appears in the VIN. Well, to my surprise, the first one I checked had "DC4" in it, the second one had some weird plate with a weird number in it where the VIN normally is, and the third had the expected DC2.

So I'm not saying they're hybrids, but they're not all original, that's for sure!

Here's a picture. The closest red/white one was DC4, the middle red/white (PD's car, #42) had
the weird plate, and the farthest (Kleinubing's, #1) was DC2.

Actually, PD was right with him the whole race, and they swapped positions a couple times. PD out qualified him too, if I recall. I'm pretty sure they'd arrange for Kleinubing to get the points though, since they're trying to win him the title (they told me as much). BTW, a team member told me the driver of the white car in the foreground was settled only that morning!
