when I want to chang the rpm level of my launch control...do I just plug my ecu in and download whats on my ecu to my comp. , then chang the rpm level, then upload it back to the ecu?? Is this all I have to do?

I always use the little red button that hondata supplied with my s200. You can set it the other way but you need to be able to re-write the chip. The button is way easier
