How do i take the "stickers" off?

Default How do i take the "stickers" off?

I'm trying to take off the double line "stickers" that come stock on the civics and go from the headlight to the taillight and i dont want to ruin the paint on my car ... how do i take it off? I was told they were only stickers and peel off easily but i couldnt get them off... any help or tips? thanks

you can find it at wal-mart for about $5.99 a tub. they usually keep it behind the counter, so you might have to ask someone in the automotive department to get it for you

leave it out on a hot day...peal them off with your fingernails...remove excess glue with goo gone

brake fluid!


jk. jk. dont use that...use a heat gun or a blow dryer on high heat, heat until you soften and use your fingernails to lift the pinstripe. would be best if you can remove it as a whole. then apply goo gone to remove the sticky leftover adhesive.

A blow dryer on the hottest setting will work cleaner than any goo gone crap.

Of course a dryer is going to lift the sticker off better, the goo gone is just going to remove the excess go.
