I did a search and didnt seem to come up with anything.
I wanted to know whats invovlved from going from a 3.0 to a 2.2.
I want to swap out the v6 in my accord for a h22/5spd combo


Im capable of doing the swap, i just want to know if parts are available or will i have to custom fab them? i also want to know if anyones done ithis swap?

Here's how you do it... Sell your V6 Accord for a 4-cyl Accord, gaining some money in the process. Now perform the swap.

Everything in the V6 engine bay is different when compared to the 4-cyl Accords. You'll end up having to buy all sorts of stuff just trying to get your A/C, powersteering, and ABS hooked up, not to mention all the other smaller stuff that needs to be changed.

but i see your point.

i dont really want to get rid of the car so i guess i'll just search for a TL 6speed and keep the v6.
